Third day of competition at the 2019 Youth Sailing World Championships in Gdynia, Poland, with 6 races completed now in total as per scheduled.

The Radial Girl’s championship leadership is still in hands of Italian Chiara Benini ITA, but now sharing 17 points with recent 2019 Radial Youth European champion Ana Moncada ESP. Close to them is British Matilda Nicholls with 22 and third place overall.

Places 4th to 9th overall are also held by European sailors, with Marissa Ijben NED and Shai Kakon ISR in fourth and fifth with 38 points, followed by Manon Peyre FRA (40), Rosine Baudet SUI (42), Theresa Wierschin GER (44) and Eline Verstraelen BEL (50).

The Radial Boy’s championship is still governed by Polish sailor Tytus Butowski POL with 23 points, followed by 2018 Silver medal Juan Pablo Cardozo ARG with 26. Third place overall for Australian Zac Littlewood AUS with 36 units.

Places 4th to 6th are also occupied by European sailors, with Yigit Yalcin Citak TUR, Theo Peyre FRA and Matteo Paulon ITA really close to the podium spots, with 39, 43 and 48 points respectively.
