Light wind and big swell made sailing really hard for competitors. We’ve interviewed Basileia Carahaliou GRE, Aoife Hopkins GER, Georgina Povall GBR and Cristina Pujol ESP just after the races to hear about their feelings and this is what they said;
Big swell and light winds marked fifth day of races for sailors fighting for the 2017 Laser Senior European Championships in Barcelona. Lazy start this morning, where wind became shifty and dropped to 2 knots in noon. Finally around 14:30 a Northern breeze came in and sailors were sent to water for racing. Marit Bouwmeester
