Our current Laser 4.7 Youth European champion Cesare Barabino ITA shone again and won a new title this year, the Kieler Woche 2018 in Kiel, Germany.
Our 4.7 European champion Cesare Barabino shone in Kiel
After 11 races the young sailor born in Sardinia closed the Laser 4.7 championship with 16 points, counting four victories, six second places and a fourth (discarded).
Cesare was escorted on podium by Dutch sailors Paul Hameeteman NED and Niek Kampherbeek NED, with 57 and 61 points respectively.
Antonio Persico ITA, Vladimir Novoselov RUS, Guro Gjesdal NOR, Niccolo Nordera ITA, Marissa Ijben NED, Tobias Birkeland NOR and John Garvik NOR completed Top 10 overall.
