A new stormy day in Dziwnow forced the 2021 Europa Cup POL to conclude with only 3 races held on the first day of competition.
This way the 4.7 overall, Women’s and Under 16 championship was for Aleksandra Borucka POL with 7 points, followed by the overall and Under 16 vice champion Jakub Rusiniak POL with 9. Women’s 4.7 vice championship and third place overall for Weronika Folmer POL with 15. Third U16 place for Maciej Dudek POL on fourth place overall with 18. 56 boats participated of this competition.
The Radial championship was the largest fleet with 81 boats, where the Danish sailor Anna Munch DEN was crowned overall and Women’s champion with 4 points. Przemysław Machowski POL (Men’s champions) and Stanisław Konarzewski POL (Men’s vice champion) accompanied her on the overall podium. Third Men’s place for Dominik Sliwinski POL, finishing fourth overall with 18 units. Radial Women’s podium was completed by Michala Norsell DEN and Sofia Naumenko UKR on places 10th and 13th overall respectively.
Kuba Rodziewicz POL was the Standard champion with 4 points, escorted on podium by Maciej Garbowski POL with 6 and Standard’s U21 champion Wojciech Klimaszewski POL with 13 units.
161 competitors from 11 countries (Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Croatia, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Hungary) have participated of this competition.
