Unfortunately, the fourth day of competition in Vilamoura saw no action on the water due to a lack of wind.
As a result, the 2024 ILCA Master European Championships in Portugal are facing a critical situation, with only a few races completed per fleet throughout the week due to the poor weather conditions.
Additionally, the Civil protection services has issued an alert for heavy rain in the region over the next 48 hours.
If the weather permits, the Race Committee plans to conduct three back-to-back races per fleet tomorrow, with the first warning signal at 10:00 for ILCA 7 and 10:30 for ILCA 6. The Coaches and sailors meeting is scheduled for 08:30.
