Today marked the conclusion of the 2023 ILCA 6 Youth European Championships & Open European Trophy in Gdynia, Poland. Regrettably, the absence of wind hindered the possibility of conducting any additional races for the fleets.
After enduring a lengthy wait on the shore amidst rainy weather conditions, the Race Committee made the decision to raise the AP over Alpha flag at 14:30, officially concluding the championship.
Unfortunately the lack of wind didn’t allowed any of fleets to run any new races. After a long waiting on shore under rainy conditions, the Race Committee raised AP over Alpha at 14:30, wrapping up the championship.
With no new races on scores, yesterday’s leaders were crowned new 2023 ILCA 6 Youth European champions! Congrats to all the participants!
