A new round of the 2022 EurILCA Master Series concluded this weekend in Ostend, Belgium, with the 2022 EurILCA Master BEL.
47 Master sailors (23 ILCA 7, 24 ILCA 6) participated of this event, organised by Royal North Sea Yacht Club.
In the ILCA 7 fleet and after 8 races, the first place was for the Grand Master sailor Rik Wolters NED, followed just 1 point behind by the Master sailor Roger Schulz GER. The third place overall was for Thomas Mueller GER.
In the ILCA 6 fleet, the first place overall went to the Grand Master sailor Wilmar Groenendijk NED with 15 points, followed by the also Grand Master sailor Pieter van Laer BEL with 23. The first Master sailor Sebastien Baudier FRA was third overall with 25. Nathalie Gunst BEL was the Women’s champion in the 7th place overall with 46 units.
