The third day of competition successfully concluded today at the 2024 EurILCA Europa Cup Italy in Punta Ala.
The day began as per scheduled, with the first warning signal given at 11:30 on the Alpha course, followed shortly after on the Bravo course.
With light winds ranging from 5 to 8 knots throughout the day, all five classes managed to complete three new races per fleet. This included the first races for the ILCA 6 Men and ILCA 4 sailors. Meanwhile, the ILCA 7 and ILCA 6 Women’s championships completed 5 races each.
It was a long day on water, specially for the ILCA 6 sailors who returned to the club after 19:00.

A total of 553 sailors representing 29 countries are taking part in this competition, organized by Centro Velico Punta Ala at PuntAla Camp&Resort.
