The 2023 ILCA Senior European Championships & Open European Trophy is an entry allocation championship. Sailors wishing to enter must first complete an application form.

- Late application opens: Wed 25th of January 2023
- Entry closing date: Fri 10th of February 2023, 23:59 GMT
