The 2023 EurILCA Master Series started this weekend in Ta Xbiex, Malta, with the 2023 EurILCA Master MLT organised by Royal Malta Yacht Club.
It was the first of 13 events scheduled for the year, with 23 Master sailors on water.
After 3 days of competition and the 6 programmed races done, the following were the ILCA 7 and ILCA 6 Masters results;
ILCA 7 results – 2023 EurILCA Master MLT
Sixteen sailors participated of the ILCA 7 competition, with representatives of 3 different nations and age categories in the overall podium;

- Christoph Marsano AUT – 13 pt / Grand Master
- Wolfgang Gerz GER – 21 pt / Great Grand Master
ILCA 6 results – 2023 EurILCA Master MLT
Seven sailors were part of the ILCA 6 fleet, with 3 British sailors of different age categories conquering the overall podium;
- Niall Peelo GBR – 10 pt / Master
- Rob Cage GBR – 11 pt / Grand Master
- Max Hunt GBR – 12 pt / Great Grand Master

The 2023 EurILCA Master Series will have its second regatta in just 12 days in Saint Raphaël, France. Applications are open!
The event will run from 20-22 January 2023 at Club Nautique Saint Raphaël. Entry closing date is January 14th.
