Dear sailors, coaches and team leaders coming to the 2021 Under 21 European Championships in Montenegro, please remember to fill and send back forms to the organizers before arriving to the venue.
These procedures are obligatory in the aim of the security of the event.
Without the arrival details the vans and trailers will not be allowed the entrance to the parking zone.
In any case your equipment will be brought by a charter company, then please inform the charter company to send the form.
If only team members are coming by van then fill in the form for team members names.
Also, for car rentals note that in the form (no need for plates) and fill the team members names.
