The Final series started today at the 2022 EurILCA 6 Youth European Championships & Open European Trophy in Thessaloniki, Greece. Two new races were held for all 6 fleets, being 8 now in total as per scheduled.
A new sunny day with 10-14 knots of wind and choppy sea conditions prevailed this afternoon on water.
Day opened at 13:00 with the coaches meeting. Both Gold fleets started sailing at around 15:00 in course A and B, followed by the Silver, Bronze and Emerald groups. Racing went really straight forward, with all sailors returning to shore around 17:00. A nice spaghetti meal was waiting for them in the boat park to close a great fourth day of competition.
