Bence Fluck, head of organization, declared that is was a good decision to move the start of the third race from 11 to 10 am. At 10 am the Eastern wind was stable. Its strength was around 6-8 knots. All races started with black flag, and the organizers had no time to wait as much between the starts as planned. At the end of the third race the wind started weakening, so the course had to be shortened.

This way the Qualifying races ended today. Tomorrow fleets will be divided in gold and silver for the Final series.

In the next two days the races will start at 10 am. According to the weather forecast tomorrow the wind is going to be Western and 20-25 km/h strong.

A few weeks ago the lake was still covered with ice, but nowadays the air is warm, and the water is getting warmer as well. Normally spring weather brings strong winds to Hungary, but not this year.
