The Final series started today at the 2020 Laser 4.7 Youth European Championships in Vilamoura, Portugal.
First races started on time at 14:00 with around 8 knots. For the second bunch of races the wind raised to 11-12. Various general recalls denoted the sailor’s anxiety for rocking and pushing their limits. Shifty wind made the RC to work hard adjusting the courses. Finally the goal was met and both scheduled races were successfully completed, counting now 8 on scores.
