The six scheduled regattas were run in Grandson, Switzerland for the 2024 EurILCA Master SUI, ninth step of the 2024 EurILCA Master Series.
Seventeen ILCA 6 and ten ILCA 7 had a great time ashore and on the water, racing two races on Friday in a light easterly wind, three races on Saturday in a fairly strong SW in the rain, and the last race on Sunday in 12 knots easterly. Many of the sailors would gladly have sailed at least one more race on Sunday in theses fine conditions!
Top 3 overall in the ILCA 6 were Pierrick Amizet FRA, Jean-Luc Dreyer SUI and Jean-François Cerjat SUI, with 13, 14 and 18 points respectively.
Top 3 in ILCA 7 were Marcel Vos NED, Ferruccio Arvedi SUI and Ivan Zukhalin UKR with 10, 13 and 14 units.
