The second round of the 2022 EurILCA Europa Cup Trophy concluded this Sunday in Ostend, Belgium.
The event was organised by the Royal Sea North Yacht Club.
90 sailors participated of this event in the ILCA 4, ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 fleets.
After 8 races, the ILCA 4 triumph went to Boris de Wilde BEL with 26 points, followed by Maurits Floor NED and Joep Göttgens NED, both with 38 units. 33 sailors participated of this competition.
In the ILCA 6, the overall first prize went to Max Frank NED with 18 points. One point behind him finished Brecht Zwaenepoel BEL with 19. Third place overall for Boris Hirsch SUI with 26. This was the largest fleet with 47 sailors on course.
Caspar Kowalski NED was the winner of the ILCA 6 first prize with 12 points, escorted by Stijn Beks NED and Arthur van Damme BEL on podium.
